Where it is not specified otherwise the term ˝You˝ will be used for Tralalers and Providers alike.

When You register Your Tralaler or Provider Account and/or access and/or use this Website and/or services available and provided at this Website, You acknowledge and agree that We may collect and process the following data about You:

  • Information provided when You fill in electronic forms at the Website (www.viatralala.com), which includes information provided at the time of Your registration, opening of a Provider or Tralaler Account, posting reviews and material, editing Your profile and/or offers, booking Your Products and Services or requesting further service and assistance. This includes but is not limited to Your name and/or Your Company name, address, email address, phone number and bank account or payment details (for Providers who sell their Products and Services through the Website) or Your billing information (for Tralalers who book Products and Services through the Website). We may also ask You for information when You report a problem with the Website or a (Confirmed) Booking Request You made through the Website or in the event that You enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Us
  • We may keep a record of all correspondence, whenever You contact Us
  • From time to time We may ask You to complete surveys that We use for statistic and research purposes, though You are not obliged to complete or respond to them
  • Transaction History that includes details about all transactions that You carried out through the System and the status of Your Confirmed Booking Requests
  • Details of the visits You make to this Website which include, but are not limited to, traffic data, location data, any resources You may have accessed, weblogs and other communication data, whether We require this for statistic, promotional, billing purposes or any other purpose
  • Any telephone, email and/or other communication We have with You might be monitored, recorded, stored and used in order to double-check any information You provided Us with, for crime prevention, for training purposes and for improvement of the quality of Our customer service
  • We may also collect information about Your computer which include Your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregated information on the Websites performance to Providers and Investors. This is statistical data about browsing actions and patterns of Tralalers, Providers and Visitors to the Website and does not identify any individual since information collected in this manner is not personally identifiable

Storage of Personal Data

Any data We collect from You may be stored at or transferred to a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Also it might be handled by staff (working either for Us or one of the Providers or one of the third parties We outsource for certain processes) that is operating outside the EEA. Among other things that such staff members might participate in is the processing of Your payment details and booking requests and providing customer support and services for Tralalers and Providers alike. We will take all steps necessary and reasonably possible to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with the applicable Laws and this Privacy Policy.

Any information that You provide to Us is collected and stored on secure servers. We (and/or the third party We have chosen for Payment Processing and/or any other outsourced process) use SSL technology to encrypt all of the payment transactions on the Website. In case where You have chosen (or were the system assigned You) a password which enables You to access Your profile and other parts of the Website, it is solely Your responsibility to keep Your password safe and confidential.   • In order to contact Providers in relation to their offers, Confirmed or pending Booking Requests, availability and other relating matters
  • In order to contact any Tralaler in relation to their Confirmed or pending Booking Requests, including providing them with booking confirmation and updates
  • In order to help Providers supply the Tralalers with the products and services they requested
  • In order to fulfil Our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between Tralaler and Us and/or Provider an Us
  • In order to help and make it easy for You to manage Your Provider Account, including processing payments and refunds and providing You with notifications
  • In order to help and make it easy for You to manage and use Your Tralaler Account, messaging system and other functionalities and/or parts of the System
  • In order to, if You choose to do so, enable You to take part in interactive features of Our service
  • In order to implement Our Tralalers Agreement, Providers Agreement, Booking Agreement and this Privacy Policy
  • In order to inform all the Tralalers and Providers about any changes made to the System and/or any of the documents governing the Use of the System its functionalities and/or services
  • To provide Tralalers with information about Products and Services that they request from Us or which We feel may interest a certain Tralaler, where You have consented to be contacted for such purposes
  • If You do not want to receive Our Newsletter or any other promotional materials We might send You, please tick the relevant box located on the form on which We collect Your data (the registration form or the booking page) or use the Unsubscribe link included in the email

Disclosure of Your Information

ViaTralala is a System designed to enable Providers and Tralalers to connect and share their information with each other in order to make offering and purchasing of Products and Services as easy as possible. Offers posted by Providers, ratings and reviews of Products or Services and their Providers (by Tralalers), the profile information on Products and Services and any other Product and Service related information is visible to all Tralalers, Providers and Visitors of the Website. We allow Tralalers to browse Products and Services offered by Providers and interact with them through the system (i.e.: if a Tralaler has any questions about a certain Product or Service that Tralaler can contact the Provider of that Product or Service through the Website messaging system and ask any questions related to the offered Product or Service). Any Personal (Tralaler or Provider) Information can be edited at any time through Account settings of that profile.

When a Provider posts an offer for his Product and Service, We will display the geographical location of the Product and Service on a map so that Tralalers wanting to book a certain Product or Service can see the general area where that Product or Service is supplied.

Any and all banking and/or payment information that You (as a Provider) input into the System is confidential and for internal use only (collecting and processing payments and forwarding Your Payouts) and any other users (either Providers or Tralalers) cannot see or access it.

Any and all billing information that You (as a Tralaler) input into the System is confidential and for internal use only (collecting monies for Your Confirmed Booking Requests) and any other users (either Providers or Tralalers) cannot see or access it, also We do not record and/or store Your Credit Card Information.

Where applicable We may disclose and/or transfer Your personal information to any member of Our group including Our subsidiaries, Our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the UK Companies Act 2006, section 1159.

Your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties:

  • In the event that We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case We may disclose Your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • If viaTralala Ltd. or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by viaTralal Ltd. about Our Tralalers and Providers will be one of the transferred assets.
  • In the event that We are required to disclose or share Your personal data in order to comply with any applicable laws and government or regulatory bodies’ lawful requests for information and any other legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply Our General Terms of Use, Tralalers Agreement, Providers Agreement, Booking Agreement this Privacy Policy or any other documents and/or agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of viaTralala, Our Tralalers and Providers or any other individual or legal entity. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection, money laundering and credit card risk reduction.

Your Rights

It is Your right to ask of Us not to process Your personal data for marketing purposes. Normally We will let You know (before You submit Your data) if We plan to use that data for any marketing purposes or if We intend to disclose Your information to any third party for marketing or any other purpose. You can check appropriate boxes on the forms We use to collect Your data in order to prevent such processing of Your personal data.
