Places to visit in Dubrovnik

Kolocep is part of the Elaphiti Islands. The coastline has a number of hidden caves. One of them is blue cave which can be accessed by swimming.
Šipan is the largest of elaphiti Island. It was first time mentioned in documnets in 14th century.
Đurović cave is 200 meters long and 25 meters deep. It is special because it is located under the airport in Dubrovnik. It was opened for the public in 2008.
Sandy and pebble beach below Bellevue hotel in Dubrovnik was named after the famous hotel. It is also the place where amateur water polo tournament “Divlje lige” is held in the middle of the summer season.
Sušac was built in 1878, it lies at a height of 100 m and it offers views of the open sea.
National park Mljet
It was proclaimed a national park in 1985. There are 40 caves within the boundaries of National Park Krka and it is full of diversity of the plant life and 860 recorded species.
President beach is the most popular sandy and pebble beach in Dubrovnik. From the beach you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Elafiti islands, the open sea and the small island of Daks.
